Accessibility
Our commitment to accessible information, communication and legal services.
Last updated: 12 September 2026
Izadnia Lawyers aims to make this website and our services accessible to as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disability and people who use assistive technology.
Our accessibility approach
We aim to improve the website with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, with Level AA as our target where reasonably achievable. This is an ongoing process and is not a claim that every page or third-party feature currently conforms in all respects.
Website features
- clear page titles, headings and content structure;
- descriptive links and alternative text for meaningful images;
- readable colour contrast and text sizing;
- layouts designed for common desktop, tablet and mobile screen sizes;
- keyboard-accessible navigation where supported by the website and browser; and
- plain-language explanations where legal accuracy allows.
Third-party content
Some functions, such as the embedded Calendly booking calendar, maps or linked government websites, are provided by third parties. Their accessibility may be outside our direct control. If a third-party feature creates a barrier, contact us and we will offer a reasonable alternative where possible.
Alternative formats and communication assistance
If you cannot access information or need a reasonable adjustment, please tell us what you need and your preferred communication method. Depending on the request, we may assist by:
- providing information in an alternative electronic format;
- explaining website information by telephone or email;
- adjusting the format or method of a consultation;
- allowing a support person to participate where appropriate; or
- considering other reasonable communication adjustments.
Request assistance or report a barrier
Email info@izadnialawyers.com.au or call (03) 9647 2277. Please identify the page or service, describe the difficulty and tell us the format or assistance you prefer.
Feedback and ongoing improvement
We welcome accessibility feedback and will consider reported barriers in future improvements. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and respond within a reasonable period, taking account of urgency, complexity and the adjustment required.
